When my friend Megan Walker asked me to contribute to the MVP Advent Calendar, I decided to put together a Christmas-themed Power App Quiz. I wanted my gift to the community to be something that people could have a bit of fun with – a standalone Power App with some tough questions that would challenge even the biggest trivia experts (please tell me if you genuinely get a perfect score on this with no help!).
I also wanted to create an app that you could use as a learning experience, or as a template to create your own quiz app – either by adding your own questions, or by adding additional functionality. I find deconstructing what someone else has made, or using a template as a starting point is one of the most effective (and fun) ways for me to learn.
One keen maker in the community has already made it his own and has created an awesome competition with his colleagues …
Hi Lisa – I adapted your quiz to have a 10 sec limit per question, only allow 1 attempt pp and posted the score and time taken to a league table. Its created quite a competition in my company. Thanks for sharing and have a great Christmas!
